1. Booking & Payment

• 1.1 All bookings must be made through our website at enov.fo
• 1.2 Full payment is required at time of booking
• 1.3 Prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) including all taxes
• 1.4 Confirmation sent via email
• 1.5 We accept Visa and Mastercard

2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made by email to [email protected]

• 2.1 Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• 2.2 Weather cancellations by ENOV: full refund or reschedule option

3. Weather Conditions

• 3.1 Tours may be cancelled due to unsafe weather at our discretion
• 3.2 Weather cancellations: full refund or reschedule option
• 3.3 We will notify you as soon as possible if weather affects your booking

4. Self-Guided Rentals

• 4.1 Valid kayak proficiency certificate required
• 4.2 Certificate must be uploaded during booking and approved by our team
• 4.3 We reserve the right to reject certificates not meeting safety standards
• 4.4 Rejected certificates receive a full refund

5. Safety & Conduct

• 5.1 All participants must follow safety instructions from guides
• 5.2 Participants must be physically fit for kayaking activities
• 5.3 We may refuse participation to anyone unfit or not following guidelines
• 5.4 Alcohol or drug impairment is strictly prohibited

6. Liability

• 6.1 Kayaking involves inherent risks acknowledged by booking
• 6.2 ENOV.FO is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our negligence
• 6.3 Participants are responsible for their personal belongings

7. Changes to Terms

• 7.1 We may update these terms at any time
• 7.2 Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms
